I've got about 2-3 yrs of C/C++ experience, no resume, no fax machine. I think you might have better luck with posting a classified ad, since you'll probably want to hire someone from your area.

I'm an experienced programmer with quite a bit of leadership/management experience, and unless I want a pay decrease I'd have to be at least in the upper half of that pay scale.
