Programmers/IT people: How would you feel about working for an outsourcing company?

Just for kicks I sent them a resume a few weeks ago (just testing the waters) and surprisingly they called me back and did a preliminary phone interview. This was for a project analyst position in their outsourcing division. Ultimately what I'd be doing if I got the job is helping companies outsource work to India. It really got me thinking of what I would do..........I dunno what my chances are for another callback, but even if they did offer a position I would probably decline because of other reasons not pertaining to the field.

So how do you guys feel about it? Any guilt at all?

Eh, I would say take it if the benefits and pay fit. If you don't do it, someone else will, it's not like it would prevent outsourcing in general.
