Programmable Keyboard - Is there one?

I am interested to know if anyone can point me towards a UK supplier (or manufacturer) of a keyboard that lets you program a sequence of keystrokes including pauses of up to about 5 minutes (can be a series of short pauses e.g. 60 x 5 seconds pauses) and these 'macro's if you like must be availible within any windows program/game.
