So I just applied for an internship with a realestate company and I was looking over the qualifications and under "Must have good phone and people skills" it said "Advanced computer programing is a plus". What the heck would a realestate company need with a coder? This is a pretty small company so I doubt they have a bank of 50 coders making apps for them. hmm owell just thought id share.

I did some coding integrating MLS for an office. Was about average skill coding. Nothing super advanced, noting basic.

I agree with EagleKeeper. Their idea of "advanced computer programming" is probably creating macros in Excel or creating simple Access databases.
