Program/Utility to browse Local network shares?

I was wondering if there's some program that allows for the scanning of file shares on a local network? Not every computer on my large network shows up in network neighbor in windows but will come up showing hte shares with manual entering of "\\IP.ADDRESS".

Was wondering if theres something that can scan and display all computers on the local network, and allow browsing of the shared files as if it were windows explorer?

freeware preferable.
