program to test memory speed

i want to do some overclocking of my ram, what is a good program to run that will give me some benchmarks as to what increases in speed i'm getting?

The test benchmarks your cpu, RAM, 2D video, hard drives, etc. It also gives you recommendations to make your system better.

that site takes too much time just get memtest86+ and burn it to a bootable CD
that will tell you exactely how much theoretical bandwidth you have (main mem and cache)
sisoft sandra will give you synthetic benchmarks

also 3dmark2k3 and 2k1 are both great
