Program to show system info on desktop?

What's the name of the program that can display your comp's info such as cpu usage, mem usage etc on your desktop? Thanx.
 
It is MSINFO usually accessed as follows:

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSINFO\MSINFO32.EXE"

Create that as a shortcut on your Start Menu and you'll always be able to access it quickly.
