Program to remove red eye

What is a good program that will easily remove red eye from digitial photos?

Any good photo software will do it. I do it quickly and easily just with Windows Paint in XP. I blow up the image and replace the red pixels with black ones - and maybe a single white one for a light spot or highlight.

Are these programs good at fixing red eye for people with blue eyes?

There are many types of red eye reduction in Jasc's Paint Shop Pro. This is an excellent program and worth the money if you do a lot of photo editing. If you want to fix blue eyes and make them look real good you can try the clone brush in this program and take eyes from another picture and put them in this one. This does take skill/ and resizing but the results can be much better than what a program could do itself.
