Program to Put Hard Drive Image on DVD

Hello, I want to back up my computer write now and have a dvd burner and dvd+r's and would like to back up my hard drive onto a dvd. Are there any free programs to do that? Thanks for the help.

Not sure if the free version of Nero has it, but Nero does have a backup utility that works great. You can download the trial version that has it. It's free to try for 30 days.

Nero should do it, but you'll probably find a better solution in the Software Forum instead of General Hardware.

This isn't free but they have a free trial for 15 days and if you like it you can purchase it for the low price of 49.95 USD... Great I use it all the time.

Ghost... so you can do an active and full image of your harddrive....
you run ghost from boot.. so it can mirror the entire drive.

I use Acronis TrueImage. Better than Ghost IMO.

You can tell it to split the files into 4.2 GB or whatever so they will all fit onto DVDs.
