Is there a program to protect software from being uninstalled? I have a brother who finds it funny to go on my computer and uninstall things on it, like games. so i was wondering how i could stop him from being able to uninstall my stuff..talking to him doesnt really help :). i dont really want to turn off my comp ever time i go away because i might be downloading something....so if there is a way i can put a password on stuff so you'd have to put in a password to uninstall that would be cool..i was just wondering what i could do to make it so he cant uninstall my crap. thanks

create a password for your account, enable the guest account, every time you get up, sign off the computer instead of logging off

use Win-L to lock your computer and tell him you'll never let him use the computer if he uninstalls things again.

Create another admistrator account and convert your daily use account to a limited account. Thats the unix like approach to windows =)
