Program to monitor/report on proceses running

I'm looking for some sort of reporting tool that can be used to report on processes running on the machine. Not necessarily real-time reporting, but I want to be able to pull reports that say abc.exe was run on Tuesday 10 times for a total of 4hrs and 12mins

Obviously the reporting tool would/could have to be a service or just be running in the background 24x7, but that is no worry and reports would have to be run from that machine itself I guess (unless there was some sort of client/server option).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Process Monitor can log process usage and write detailed log files. I haven't used the logging features, but there may be something in there that you can use.
