Is there a program that can forward emails to multiple accounts? It seems everything is set up to take several accounts and forward to one account only. I'd like to be able to forward to at least 2 accounts.

Yeh, spammers use that type of software daily to ruin the Internet experience for millions of people.

NO!! My VoIP service sends me an email when a voicemail message is left for me. They only allow this email to be sent to 1 email address. However, I'd like my wife to get a copy of the email aswell. She does not use my computer, nor I hers. If I forwarded my email account to hers, she would get all my emails. So I need to set up an account just for VoIP messages, and have it forwarded to both my email and my wifes.

Uh? Outlook? Setup a rule to do it. Leave Outlook running all the time at home, provided you have broadband.

Can you forward just those messages to her via your email client? Something like Outlook rules...

try typing in the address separated by semicolons... I think that's the standard for multiple from addresses.

Rather easy to do on the server side (having a private domain has privileges). If seeking an application to do the same, here would be appropriate.

Create a seperate email address that forwards to both you and her.

Oh and Thunderbird supports rules - Tools > Message Filters.
