Program to divide HUGE .wav file into sections?

Hey everyone,

Anybody know of a program that can do this? Basically, I extracted the audio out of a concert VCD that I have into a HUGE 700MB .wav file and I kinda want to cut it up into individual "tracks" and also so I can skip some songs that I didn't really like.

SoundForge will do it. i got version 6.0 for free after asking around for a while... it was able to handle a 1.4gb WAV file, so 700mb ain't bad.

EAC also has a WAV editor, and rips audio cds, so it should work as well.
