Program to Compare two pdf files

I was asked if I knew of an application that could compare two pdf files...

i.e. you run a report...make a change and run the same report and then use the app to identify the differences instead of doing it manually...


If you have any recommendations please fire them away...

free or with a trial would be a bonus but purchase programs are always good

You could convert to text and then run any diff tool.

when you say convert to text...are you simply saying copy and paste into a text document?

if that is the case I am unsure this approach would work as the documents in question would be reports with formatting ect...

I am probably going to trial Adobe Pro 9 which has the functionality
