Program to check AGP/PCI Frequency?

Is there a simple program I can download to check my agp/pci frequency?

I got a new mobo (Iwill P4HT) and I am trying to use it with a 2.66 that I know does 3300 (167 FSB). On this board I can OC at all.

This board should be capable of that FSB. I have tried memory settings, bios settings, everything I can think of. I am just wondering if maybe the AGP/PCI lock is not working.

Thanks

Should have searched first, apparently this doesn't exist.

no programs or anything
thers some pcigeiger (sp?) thing thats like a physical pci card that you stick in and it tellsu the freq, but oher than that nothing that i know of exists

I think I might have sorted out my problem. Supposedly I cannot overclock this board with both DIMMS populated. I will have to test and see.
