Program to Change Windows OS Language

I am looking preferable for a free program that will work with windows 7 home premium 64bit to change pretty much the whole OS into another language. I messed around with the regional settings but that didn't seem to change as much or anything really that I wanted. I also want to be able to change the type language to. The language I am looking for is Polish. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Yep. There might be hacks around it, but I haven't found any...though I've only cursorily searched for the visiting Korean scholars in our lab.

It will not work for Home Premium.

Get Polish media and do a fresh install of the OS. Your license key will work (at most it's a call to an automated service if it's an OEM license to validate your activation).
