Is there a program available which can either burn MP2 audio (48 kHz sample rate) directly to CD audio [performing decoding and downsampling on the fly]? Or is there a program that can generate 44.1 kHz sample rate .WAV files from the MP2 files?
Winamp won't do it, as it doesn't resample the data. MP3 CD maker won't touch MP2 files. Nero, Feurio, CDRWin and EZCD creator won't touch 48 kHz files.
Even goldwave won't do batch conversion on these files.
Please advise, because my new wavefinder is a bottomless pit of new music in digital format just waiting to be burned for posterity (albeit a format not commonly used on PCs).
