Program to backup with?

I'm looking for a program that will take my files from a folder and back them up to a server using FTP or something

hmmm this could probably be done with a bat file in windows, although i'm unsure of the proper commands... are you looking for fully automated or would you mind double-clicking once when you want to back up?

I'd like an easy solution too for windows...

I think rsync does this on *nix.
