Program to autochange/refresh webpages?

Is there a plugin/addon for IE or perhaps other browsers that will allow me to auto refresh/redirect a single browser window to different websites according to my preferences?

Basically I would like to use my LCD monitor as a fully automated stats page, refereshing every few minutes between 2 different sites (one at a time (Full Screen).

Page 1 one minute, auto refresh to
Page 2 one minute, switch back again to
Page 1, etc...
 
The closest I know of is in IE6 - Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files. Set that to update a stored/cached web page every time you visit it.
