Program to adjust agp rate ???

I have a GF4 and cannot adjust the agp rate with any of the following:

asus supplied drivers/utilities
nvidia drivers
powerstrip
rivatuner

also i can't get sideband addtressing or agp fast writes enabled even tho it is all enabled in the bios


I can get all this working fine in linux, anyone know what's going on here ??
none of these programs have options to do this stuff and if they do it don't work or isn't selectable

anyone ever used powerstrip to adjust the agp rate ??

i just tryed to coolbit's registry hack but it just says agp is disabled ??

anyone have any ideas on why this might be ??

I'm sorry I'm not sure about this but I noticed noone has any input. I think it might be bios controlled....if u mean the agp bus mhz.
