program that will miirror 2 drives and copy over new/changed data?

i have a Backup HDD that is in a USB external enclosure, i just back up about 80 gigs of stuff that i couldent replace if lost, i woudl like a program that i coudl run every now and then that woudl just copy over data that was new or if a file changed

so i dont have to copy it all over every time

im sure something like this exists, and im hoping that itll be FREE

Windows has a utility called "msbackup". You can run it from the Start -> Run -> "msbackup". You might read up more on that and see if it'll work for you.
