program that tells me how much my drives read vs write?

I'd like to know how much my data drive is reading vs writing. I will eventually go SSD for it and I want to know what I'm dealing with. I have an MS SQL database on this drive.

Is there a program that can run in the background over a week or so and tell me how much I'm reading vs writing?
