Program that syncs contacts from cell phone to outlook?

I have a pocket pc (Verizon 6700) and I discovered today that I can't use the Windows Mobile Device Center to synchronize my contacts from my phone into Outlook so I can edit them.

Does anyone know of a specific program that will allow me to move contacts back and forth from my phone to Outlook and vice versa?

I looked a bit on Handango but couldn't find anything that specifically mentioned Outlook

Motorola phone tools works great......but it is designed for motorla phones. You can try to use it and install your phone as a generic device.

I have no idea if this will work but when I got my razr i had an old version of MPT (before razr was supported) and I installed it as a generic device and i was able to sync outlook to the phone.

As far as I know ActiveSync is the sync program for Microsoft Windows Media phones/PDA's.

Activesync is what I've used in the past, but now I have Vista and it uses the Windows Mobile Device Center...which doesn't seem to do any of the things I want it to.

I don't necessarily have to use Outlook, I just need something that can upload my phone contacts onto my computer so I can edit and organize them, then put them back onto my phone. Outlook is just what I've used in the past.
