and Gozilla! all work, I don't know the site for GoZilla! though.
I highly recommend Download Accelerator though as it actually speeds up your DL's, btw if you need help taking off that dumb ass DAP Bar let me know.

IE can resume downloaded files if your internet connection has been cut off/etc...as long as you haven't rebooted and as long as you're using 5+
