Program startup in WinXP

Where can I find what programs WinXP will 'start with windows', so I can disable them.
(programs, not services)

(and I mean the programs which don't appear in the startup folder)

Start ->Run -> type MSCONFIG

Click on the last tab, all startup programs can be selected/unselected there.

...and for windows without MSConfig, use Regedit.
Nail down: My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
