Program so i can tie my scroll wheel to system volume?

I have my Computer hooked up to my tv, and basically do everything with the wireless mouse (almost never use the keyboard)

I remember hearing about a program that would let you control volume with the scroll wheel. All you would have to do would be to hold either right or left click and then scroll at the same time to do it.

Anyone remember what program this is and how i can do that?

hmm ..using Windows7 with Logitech Trackman

If I click on the sound icon in lower right
scroll wheel then turns sound up and down
(using no special software - just regular Windows mouse driver )

well my problem is i will be using my computer to route sound through coming from my 360 and my cable box. So if im playing xbox and need to turn the volume down, i either have to switch over to the computer input, or get up and actually turn the knob on the speakers down, which is a pain because its in back of my screen.

This way, the mouse will universally control volume no matter what input im on.

There are some just input "sound wheel mouse" on google and choose the one u like.

The one i know its Volumouse http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/volumouse.html but got a know problem on Windows 7 if UAC its active.

tried that program. Thats basically exactly what im looking for. The only problem is that program wont work right for me.

I set up everything correctly, but it will only change the volume when a program is in focus. If i click the desktop and then try to either hold left click and scroll, or alt and scroll, nothing happens. Click inside my browser and try it and it works....
