Program list in WinXP

When I first installed windowsXP, if there were too many programs to be shown in the first column, then there was a second column. Now there is only one continuous colum that I need to scroll up and down to find a program. How do I fix this?

right-click on the taskbar>properties
start menu>customize>advanced
uncheck "scroll programs"

Right click start menu, select properties.

Hit the customize button, goto advanced tab.

Find "scroll programs"


see if that does the trick.

Right click on taskbar---->Properties---->"Start Menu" Tab---->Click "Customize..." next to "Start Menu"---->"Advanced" Tab---->In the scroll box uncheck "Scroll Programs".
