No offence, but I'd never trust security updates for Windows from a site other than Microsoft. This is just dangerous.

Security updates are about trust. Why should we trust you?

Agreed - it's just not worth the risk, however well intentioned

Why not? People use Autopatcher, and at one time it would have been new and "scary." And to the OP, there is already a program that does this; it's called Autopatcher.

Downloaded it and checked it out...........bug free and nicely put together. I don't really have a need for such with my connection updates don't take much time but a roll-up like this for people on dial-up/slower DSL is great. Do ones for 2K/X64/2003 also.......I'm sure there are people whom will appreciate your efforts greatly!:D

You've proved that?

Have you also proved that he hasn't inserted anything malicious? Not saying that he has, just wondering what would possess anyone to take that risk.

Autopatcher has 'history' behind it. Here you have a brand new user posting executable content for 'us other members'. Every security red flag anyone with half a clue should be screaming by now. I've asked the thread be locked and the download links removed.

Yeah, I have........

There is absolutely nothing "malicious" anywhere in the little roll-up this guy did just to try to help people out. Why would I "take that risk?" because unlike some, I'm not paranoid and still believe people are basicly good until they prove otherwise. Plus......I'm retired USAF. In the military you learn to rely on others around you and the OP's name made me want to see what he had done. He tried to help others by putting together a roll-up of updates to make implementing them easier for those whom want/can use it..................nothing more............nothing less.
