Question Program for splitting multiple MP3 recordings into parts

Is there still any program for splitting multiple MP3 recordings into multiple parts similar to X-Mp3splt_0.9_rev11? This program X-Mp3splt_0.9_rev11 has many functions, but often among the split MP3 recordings, there are some that cannot be imported into Audacity:
"Import failed
This is likely caused by a malformed MP3"
but these split files play well, they just can't be imported into Audacity?
Are there any other programs like X-Mp3splt_0.9_rev11 for 64-bit Windows 10?
