Program crash dump files on Win XP Pro?

I run Bosch Modas Sport software (on Win XP Pro) to interface with a diesel vehicle ecu. I'm having problems with the Modas program crashing during tests.

How do I find the Modas program's crash dump files on my laptop? They're in there somewhere!
