Program Always Popping Up

I have a DOS window that I see come up in my taskbar every 5 mins or so. It runs to quickly for me to see what it is. I've run virus scans and spyware nothing shows up. When I check processes I don't see anything either. Is there a way for me to see what this DOS window is doing?

have u run both ad-aware and spybot?

I just ran ad-ware but i'll try spybot too.
