Proggie to Synch Opera, IE, and Netscape favs/bookmarks?

DISCLAIMER: I tried searching for this already. Nothing came up, so I don't believe this is a double-post.

I'm looking for a way to convert/synchronize my bookmarks/favorites between IE, Netscape (Mozilla, actually), and Opera. I've seen scripts that will convert Opera to IE and Netscape. And I can then manually align them and re-import into Opera. But I've noticed a select few bookmarks missing on the initial conversion.

So I was hoping some of you knew a good proggie that takes all three (or 2 at a time) of these programs and sync's them up. I'll give you a cookie! 😀

I've been using Bookmark Priest for a few years now. I do Opera>Mozilla/Netscape and Net/Moz>Opera and it works great. I don't use IE so I've never tried it to convert to/from IE bookmarks.
