prog to save *streaming* mp3s?

I'm looking for some sort of program that will save the raw mp3 data coming off an mp3 streaming server (internet radio). -NOT one of those progs that takes the stuff going through the sound card and encodes it to mp3, because that recompression will degrade the quality a lot.

I need something that actually saves the original MP3 file from a streaming server.

anybody know of one?
