Prog to check total current download speed.

Need prog to check total download/upload speed for all applications downloading at same time on my pc.
E.G. I downloading in internet explorer and download manager how do i know total download speed if one of them dont show it? (its not my situation just trying to explain what i need)

I use a program that is probably more than you need, but it sure is handy. It's called DU SuperControler (yes, only one "l" in "controler"). Not only does it tell you which programs are using how much upload/download bandwidth, but you can also tell it how much to allocate each program. If I only want napter to hog 150 KB/sec, then it just set that in the program and it's all good

Thanks for replay, actually i was not very clear on my question i need not total speed, but speed of every application and progs that do the trick was:
DU Super Controler
and
NetLimiter

I'll try to use them both and decide which one is better for me, but i can say that NetLimiter is little more complex than DU Super Controller, but have some features that may never need...
