prog long start time at boot?

i noticed when i started mozilla the past few reboots it took a good 4-5 seconds to start it up which is very wierd. I have been messin a but with msconfig could that be it?

amd64 3500 oced 2.4
nf4ultra
1gb ram
6600gt

btw im just using mozilla as an example, it normally takes 1-2 seconds and i recently did spyware and defragged
