This is their low end (with the belt instead of magnetic resistance) but I've heard such good things about them and this is exactly what I'm looking for in an exercise machine...

299 retail - 100$ - 45$ shipping = 199 + tax in most states...

EDIT: You may have to first goto www.iconfitness.com and traverse from there.

Do you know where I can find more information, reviews on other brands of Elliptical machine? I am looking for one for my mother as of her mom's day gift.
Thanks
Alex

Dude this is the perfect one... just goto googlegroups for opinions. If you can spend more, some places (Sportmart, Sears) may have the 650 model for 299. It's a great price, considering the magnetic resistance and the name.

I just bought a Eclipse 1000HR from Spiegel. It's a great elliptical with a small footprint !!! (Final cost is $372.20 shipped with coupon, not including ebates)

The ProForm® 465S Elliptical Glider is also $199.00 at Spiegel too. Combined with the 386 coupon, it is a great deal !!! (Final cost is $218.20 shipped, not including ebates)

I can't really speak for the ellipticals but my experience has been that ProForm is definitely low-end lower quality fitness equipment. We got a "Millenium" Edition treadmill and it broke down in 3 months. Granted, an elliptical trainer will not have as much wear on it from usage like a treadmill but just be wary that the ProForm brand isn't all that great.
