Profiles for win2k machines in NT 4 Server

I have just recently setup profiles for all my users (running win2k) in Windows NT server and have run into a little problem. I want to have their outlook files stored on the server instead of the local machine, but it stores the outlook.pst file in the local settings instead of on the server. The only workaround I have for this is to change the path in the registry for the particular user, but this defies the whole advantage because it means I have to setup accounts for each user on the local machine and then change them....

Any ideas? I am really stuck on this one....
