Profile changes problem

After making a change in my profile,upon clicking SAVE CHANGES it hangs.
I am trying to correct this problem.When I try to respond to a PM I get a warning message stating that I can't do this.I have never had this message before.
Someone just tried to PM me but could not because It states I am not allowing it. This has never happened before.I need to receive PM's.

Same here, attempting to change my profile right now and the page is timing out when I click save.

Still hangs when I try to edit my details.

Is this a known issue?
