profanity filter blocking profile e-mail change?

I'm trying to update my e-mail address in my profile, but it seems the forum thinks the address is obscene (it isn't, really...) Could a mod PM me please?

It's probably catching something in your signature. The filter does not examine email

Nothing else is changing, no signature is used.

confirmed. the e-mail address is the problem because I was able to change it to a different address. Are @yahoo.com addresses not allowed? If they're ok, then it's definitely the filter...

I believe yahoo is on the "we hate you" list. gmail probably works though.

From the FAQ (top right of page):
"Below is a list of E-mail services that were banned due to abuse, and will not be re-activated upon user request.
AOL
Bigfoot
Excite
Gotoworld
Hotmail
Nightmail
Whitehouse
Yahoo
All domains operated by portofevil.com, aka evilemail.com

4. In addition to the above, all of AOL's system is banned from the forums; this includes their IP addresses. This means that even if you sign up with a different E-mail address, you will not be able to post if you connect to the internet using their service. "
