Production FX 5600s not having 350MHz DDR?

This looks to be the case. The 3 I've seen available so far all have the <350MHz clock speed nVidia set in their initial specs. One Asus version @ newegg only has a lousy 275MHz DDR. For $200 you'ld think they'ld give a little more.

Dissapointing to say the least. Does anyone know if there are any 9600s planned with 256mb available? There are already 256mb 5600s out, and it seems pointless with its mediocre performance- 9600s should be able to use the extra memory more effectively.
 
I think you`re getting FX 5600 and FX 5600 Ultra mixed up,the Ultra has 700mhz(350mhz DDR) and the non Ultra has 500mhz (275mhz DDR) see here .
