List them here, cars with a 0-60 time of 4.x or lower.
I said under, not over.
2000 and up F-Body in a 6 speed and good driver can net a 4.9x 0-60 time
Can you explain the difference between a 1999 camaro and a 2000 camaro? If not, I'll assume you're just guessing.
Some differences in exhaust and intake.
The cars are slightly different.
The 98 and 99 camaro/firebirds ran richer from the factory. They had larger injectors and a slightly different fuel table then 2000+. The 2000+ F-bodys also have better flowing manifolds and a slightly different cam spec.
My personal favorite... Ferrari 360 Modena.
Ok, now that sounds like areal answer sorry to doubt you, but there's a lot of guys around here who just spew back information they've heard w/o actually knowing if it's true or not.
Lancer Evolution GSR/RS
WRX Sti & Spec C
Nismo Skyline GTR (yeah, it's limited production but still production)
I don't think an unmodded Silvia can managed under 5. Mid 5s yes.
There's a slew of exotics are 0-60 under 5... Lambo, Ferrari, Pagani, Bugatti...
I'm guessing there should be one AMG under 5.
I don't think he saw the decimal between the "5" and the "0".
1999+ VW TDI's.
what are you smoking?
4 Dr SE 20th Anniversary Sedan
Acceleration (0-60 mph): 7.1 sec.
TVRs, pretty much all of them
2001+ Honda Odyssey
VTEC can nevar evar lose.
CRX HE specifically.
I can confirm those. To be honest, anything that can do 0 - 60 in under 5 seconds hurts. Seriously, make sure you are planted in your seat before taking off. Otherwise its like not having a 12 gauge shotgun planted firmly when fired. Then again the seats need a little give too. I now see why alcantara is used as seating material in racing seats. The perfect blent of grip and give.
Does the Ford SVT Lightning count since it does 0-60 in 5 flat?
Have you been gone from Canada that long?
Your forgetting the long time undisputed champion of Canadian drag racing, the '95-'00 Pontiac Grand Am.
I have 2000 SS and there isn't much of difference between 1999 and 2000, maybe 5 - 10 HP.
I think some of the RX7's from the mid 90's were spec'd under 5 seconds... but I could be wrong.
