The only plant they farm out to is MCC = Mitsubishi Chemical which produces only 1st. class media rated for almost flawless burns. And the price of $33.15 for 100 with sleeves...

not all prodiscs are mcc, just some. deal is good if you get mcc, it's not that good if you don't.
