Procomp BVk1A Problems, Need help bad!

I have a procomp BVK1A athlon board with a 700 processor, a voodoo3 3000,maxtor 6.4 gig hd, realtek ethernet card, and a Monster sound 2 mx300. Windows loads up fine, but if I try to go into any games, I get a black screen. I don't see the game makers logo, or anything, just a blank screen. Also, it seems to be a little unstable in windows, freezing every 20 mins or so.

either:

You need the VIA 4 in 1 drivers (only if that board has a VIA chipset)

Or

You need to upgrade you AMD Miniport drivers www.amd.com

Or

Your power supply is inadequate to provide enough power to support the AGP video card in the mobo. Get a 300W AMD approved PS.
