Any Socket A motherboard will work with your processor, as long as it is meant to be used for the XP processors. These two will work just fine (and they're the only two Socket A motherboards that newegg has left): link. Note that the PC Chips has an 4x/8x AGP slot, and the ASRock has a 2x/4x slot. You'll have to know which AGP card you're going to use in it, because they use different voltages, IIRC. It's been a very long time since I had a system with a 2x or 4x AGP video card.
