Processor Tester?

Is there any peice of hardware that can test CPU's. I want to test a few and see if they work, but I really do not wanna setup another system or keep alternating the chips from my current system.

I do not mean a program. BTW, I am talking about Socket-A Athlons.
Also is there anything similiar for motherboard? I know there is a power supply tester.
I doubt there is anything like this, but I am desperate 🙂
 
Im sure they make stuff like that, for a fewK.

How many do you have to test? It takes 5 minutes to stick a proc on a board, go into windows, and run a quick diag. If you have to test 100 or less processors, dont worry about it.
