Processor temperature, recommended processor fan?

I've got an Asus KT133 motherboard and a thunderbird 800mhz (slot A) (an old blue edition..easy overclockable). My motherboard temperature is around 38C/100F, and processor is 42C/107F. Is that ok for a thunderbird computer?

Or do i need to buy a better processor fan (i also have 2 case fans in my computer). If so, what brand of fans would you experts recommend? I've been thinking about getting some type of orb.

what would you recommend to make it even cooler so I can overclock
