Processor stolen by ICQ :-(

WIERD is all I have to say. Upon starting ICQ, (at startup or any other time) the process loads the little tray icon, but doesn't actually start the program. The thread proceeds to use 99% of the CPU doing nothing that I can figure out. It just started doing this all of the sudden, no system changes or anything like that. I'm running Win2k, and this is killin me. I can kill the process. I'll probably have to uninstall ICQ, so does anyone have any ideas what's wrong with the thing, or if not, how do you save your users list from 2000b?

Reinstall ICQ over the current installation. This often fixes any issues.

Else back up the 2000b folder (the one with the .dat files in it) in the ICQ directory, uninstall ICQ, reinstall and put the backed up folder back.
