Processor packaging

I am planning to sell an older CPU (XP 3200) on ebay; what's the best way to pack something like this? The original AMD box was one of those extremely tough plastic containers that has to be torn apart to access the contents, so that can't be used anymore. I am not sure if just putting it into an ESD bag would be good enough, since those aren't really rigid and might expose the processor to pin damage or cracking (especially since this doesn't have a heatspreader), although it will be surrounded by a thick layer of peanuts.

mmmmmmmmm peanuts

You HAVE to put the processor in an anti static foam to keep the pins from bending. Then put that in a plastic bag and maybe a small box, then surround it with packing material.

it needs to have firm material around it. put that in a larger box, and make sure it doesnt move.
