Processor model number question ?

I bought a HP Opteron 275 2.2 GHZ opteron , I bought a dual processor tyan board but I currently have one on as of now. I want to purchase another one and wanted to know what matters as in model number. I need them to be exactly the same because I have heard people have issues if the models are not exactly the same. Newegg sells the model pictured below; the model number is perfect but the next lines are not : I know one is the serial but I have no idea what the others mean . Could you guys help me out ?

Basically all those extra codes just tell you more specific info about that specific processor, like what batch it's from and when it was made. Overclockers care because usually there are 'good' and 'bad' batches, that is to say the average overclock of chips from one batch is higher than from another batch, so they try to look for chips from good batches, and these codes can help them find the one they want. Of course, just because a chip is from a 'good' batch doesn't mean that it will overclock well (some don't), it just means if you get it there's a higher likelihood you'll end up getting one with a higher max overclock since it's from a good batch.

Since you're not overclocking though it doesn't matter for you.

The important number is the 2xx at the front which means it's dual socket capable.

1xx optys will only work in single socket boards
2xx optys work in dual socket boards
8xx optys work in 4/8 socket boards
