you could save some cabbage and get a coppermine if the p2b is a later revision - get a flip chip and good slotket with vcore adjustments - go here for more advice. no sense in sh!t canning a damn fine mobo.

I would go for the Duron option...
The 800mhz seems like it's at the best price at the moment, coupled with a KT133 board it only has a small lag behind an equivalent Athlon system.

Keep the motherboard and get a Coppermine. As above, it's a top performing motherboard. Save money.

I'm an AMD convert, but I'd hate to see ya junk that M/B...one the best ever built, with a bios flash, a slotket, an ATA/66(100) controller card, and a PIII Coppermine, it will run with the best of them....

Buy a Asus CUSL2 and a P-3 700E cC0 stepping you will never regret it. You can get the CPU from compuwiz or bonkers in the for sale and trade forum here. there cC0s smoke along at up to 1085mhz and run cool or try your luck of the draw from retailers its cheaper that way but you never know what you will get are far as overclocking goes. Or like some of the guy's said save $150 bucks and keep your motherboard.
